The SCV Home Team is an amazing association of dedicated and talented real estate professionals. We have developed a simple approach to business:

These are the qualities that our customers expect from us as we provide professional real estate services in our transactions.

My name is Ray Kutylo, and I am the primary coordinator for the SCV Home Team. For most buyers and sellers I will be your single point of contact for your questions and concerns, and will be advising you directly from start to finish. For sellers from the listing and marketing your home and escrow management through the completion of the sale, I am the one responsible while my team will be operating in the background on your behalf. For buyers I will also be directing and managing the efforts of the Home Team and will be your primary point of contact.

There will be a number of people who will be associated with our transaction from start to finish. Most you will never meet or talk with, but their roles are critical to the success of our transaction. For some transactions, you will become very familiar with these names and the terrific work that they will be doing on your behalf.

All are extraordinary individuals both professionally and personally, an I am proud to be associated with them!

  • Gene, Laura, Kathleen: Title and other services.

Gene, Laura and Kathleen are all extraordinary individuals,  whose experience spans many markets and particular situations. They have provided top-quality services to us over the years, and we count on their assistance and counsel for many more.

Linda and Diane are our Escrow Officers of choice and trusted advisors in all escrow matters. Independent third party escrow companies are best and in our opinion, much better for the both parties than broker-associated escrow companies.

Formerly RMS Services, we continue to work with these talented ladies! From photos and flyers, radio promotion, and so many other specialty services, we are happy to extend our marketing reach with partnerships like this one!

  • Steve: Special services and repair coordinator. 15+ years in construction and renovation

    Steve is my go-to guy for all those messy little situations that come up in properties from time-to-time. The SCV Home Team also has a variety of experienced professionals who are on-call for specialty repair and renovation work on properties. Our REO service providers are fully insured and bonded.

    John and Linda: Certified Property Inspectors.

    John and Linda have done over 20,000 inspections (not all for us). They are perhaps the most highly regarded inspection team in Southern California. I only recommend these inspectors, because I think they are the best.

    And the others: buyers agents, co-listing agents, and translation specialists.

    We will sometimes partner with other Realtors when particular listings or buyers present special circumstances. When all is said and done we maintain a standard of excellence and service to the customer that is unmatched in our industry.
  • Louis and Rick: Legal services.

Real Estate is an industry that often has legal issues of critical importance to our clients. As Realtors, we are in the business of real estate practice which often involves complex legal issues. However, Realtors are not lawyers, and cannot (and will not) give legal advice. For legal advice, one should consult with an attorney. We refer two of the best in our area, depending on the type of question at hand. They are trusted advisors in the fields of real estate, business, and bankruptcy law.

  • Andy: Broker of record for Keller Williams.

As the designated broker of a major real estate office with over 250 licensed Realtors, Andy supervises and reviews all transactions and helps keep us out of trouble regarding the legal requirements from the listing to the completion of the sale.

  • Frank: team recruiting and KW Team Leader

Frank is an amazingly knowledgable guy, both about the real estate business and about people. If you are a Realtor who is looking to step up your business to the next level, you need to talk with Frank.
