For Buyers, a professional inspection is an inspection by a non-involved third party, who objectively judges the overall condition of your prospective new home. Whereas the average home buyer may feel uncomfortable while closely examining the home, the professional inspector is trained to perform a more objective and in-depth evaluation of the property. Your inspection report provides a valuable tool in completing your real estate transaction. For Sellers, our pre-listing inspection can help you prepare your home for sale and the buyer's professional inspection. We inspect your house with you, review our findings, and prepare a report. This way you know in advance what the buyer's professional inspector will be evaluating in your house. We will discuss options to correct any deficiencies, and provide general tips to properly prepare your house for sale and the buyer's inspection. Our inspections can be included by you in the disclosure package for the buyers.  For Realtors, our inspections form one part in a series of investigations and/or disclosures to the buyer of a property. The inspector, employed by the buyer, performs an examination of the property's observable features and systems in an objective and systematic manner. The inspection report is a detailed, narrative style report that has two parts: a Summary Report of problems and items of concern, and a comprehensive Full Report. We provide emailed and online reports, subject to the terms of our agreement with our client, the buyer. For REO Sellers, our pre-listing inspection can help you evaluate R&I needs on your asset. A pre-listing inspection by an objective professional using state-of-the-art evaluation reporting with digital photography is your best insurance for realistically evaluating your recovered asset. The SCV Home Team is associated with Keller Williams VIP Properties (KWVIP), an independently owned and operated real estate company located in Santa Clarita, CA. In order to avoid any possible conflict of interest, All-Valley Home Inspections will not inspect any home that is under contract and listed for sale by KWVIP, or whose prospective buyer contracting for inspection services is represented by a KWVIP Realtor. Also, in accordance with the ethical standards of the home inspection industry, All-Valley Home Inspections will not contract to perform any repair work on properties that it inspects.
