All-Valley Home Inspections is dedicated to providing reliable, detailed and honest Home Inspection services, and further strives to be absolutely the best inspection service in our area. Quality Inspection Reports Our systematic inspection process and report preparation has been purposefully designed from the beginning to provide our clients with absolutely the best in home inspection services. Period. All-Valley Home Inspections uses the best computer software available to the industry, InspectVue R3, the New Standard for the Professional Home Inspector. Our comprehensive and easy-to-read narrative reports typically run 25 to 40 pages in length and include digital photos as needed for illustration. We preface our Full Report with a Summary Report that highlights our most important findings, although we strongly urge our clients to read the full report. A sample report can be seen by clicking HERE. Logon using the word 'sampleZ' for both Client Name and Password. Reports are provided to our clients, the home buyer,  in both printed form in a binder that includes a 96 page Owner's Manual for Your Home, and online with User and Password protection, just like the sample report. Your report can also be emailed to you in Adobe PDF format. We will deliver hard copy reports to the client through their Realtor's local office. Inspection reports are emailed to the selling and listing agents. Do not settle for incomplete, checklist style reports, or reports prepared immediately on-site. SERVICE DISCLOSURE All-Valley Home Inspections is an associated service of The SCV Home Team. The SCV Home Team is associated with Keller Williams VIP Properties (KWVIP),  a real estate company located in Santa Clarita, CA. In order to avoid any possible conflict of interest, All-Valley Home Inspections will not inspect any home that is under contract and listed for sale by KWVIP, or whose prospective buyer contracting for inspection services is represented by a KWVIP Realtor. Also, in accordance with the ethical standards of the home inspection industry, All-Valley Home Inspections will not contract to perform any repair work on properties that it inspects.
