AFFILIATION DISCLOSURE
All-Valley Home Inspections is an associated service of The SCV Home Team. The SCV Home Team is associated with Keller Williams VIP Properties (KWVIP), a real estate company located in Santa Clarita, CA.
In order to avoid any possible conflict of interest actual or perceived, All-Valley Home Inspections will not inspect any home that is under contract and listed for sale by KWVIP, or whose prospective buyer contracting for inspection services is represented by a KWVIP Realtor.
For non-Keller Williams VIP Realtors who appreciate our fair and objective home inspections, we will continue to provide professional inspection services for their clients. We do of course take your agency relationship with your clients seriously, and we will in no manner interfere or initiate contact with your client other than those communications directly related to providing inspection services.
In addition, this inspector will not contract to perform any repairs indicated as needed in the inspection report. Such practice is widely regarded within the industry as an unethical conflict of interest.
Our dedicated impartiality is guaranteed to you. Honesty, justice, and courtesy form a moral philosophy which, associated with mutual interest among people, constitutes the foundation of ethics. Ray recognizes such a standard, not in passive observance, but as a set of dynamic principles guiding his conduct. It is his duty to practice the profession of home inspections according to this code of ethics.
