You Can See Six Homes In Two Hours!
The Sunday Home Tour is a quick and easy way to see several homes in a couple of hours without pressure or hassle, and is a great way to get an overview of what homes and features are available in your price range.
Here's how it works:
On selected Sundays, we conduct one or two tours of six homes each. The tours will have an initial meeting place and information on that and subsequent homes will be given out at that time. After seeing the first home, we will have a Buyer's Caravan and see the others. The tours run between 11am and 1 pm, and we spend about 10 minutes at each home before moving on to the next. The show times are tightly scheduled, so don't arrive at the first home after 11:10! We will be off to the next home!
We schedule our home tours to include those homes in a similar price range, covering an area that can be driven quickly and easily. Visit the Sunday Home Tour page at www.SundayHomeTour.net at the end of each week to find out what price range and where we will begin the tour on the coming Sunday.
Our Sunday Home Tour is Very Different Than a Traditional Open House
Traditional open houses are sometimes uncomfortable for both buyers and sellers because you meet a new agent at each one and they all want to know who you are and what you are looking for, plus they often are hovering around watching your every move. Most importantly, open houses alone are NOT very effective at selling homes either. In fact, according to industry statistics, less than 1% of homes are sold as a result of a traditional open house. We usually coordinate Saturday Open Houses with Sunday Home Tours, inviting our guests on Saturday to join us on Sunday to see homes in the price range.
Our well-organized and efficient Sunday Home Tours are convenient and productive for both buyers and sellers. We found that most buyers can determine within a very short time-frame whether or not they're interested in a home they see. If you see a home on the tour that you're interested in, a second private showing can easily be scheduled for you (often later in the same day!).
Return with Us Following the Tour to the First Home
After we see the six homes we will usually return to the first home on the tour for a traditional open house on Sunday afternoon, where all of your questions can be answered. We will have a reputable lender standing by to consult with you as needed. We are also available at that time to write an offer to purchase any of the homes that you have seen either on the Home Tour or at any of the many open houses usually held that day. When you go to other open houses, just tell the agent that you are working with Ray and the SCV Home Team.
The Best on the Market
Sunday Home Tour homes have been carefully selected for value to Buyers in this market. We have integrated comparable pricing, location, condition and seller motivation to bring you what we think are some of the best deals in Santa Clarita. In today's market, the list price may not be what we think the final negotiated price will be, but the actual sales price can only be determined after negotiation of a presented offer, and agreement on price between the parties.
